Capital Development for Jefferson Sheard Architects

Oct. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- From its new base at Margaret Street in the West End, Jefferson Sheard is designing the redevelopment of Watford’s Charter Place Shopping Centre for Henry Boot Developments and Watford Borough Council as well as major student accommodation projects in east and north London and another retail development in Essex.

The new office is led by Joe Dickeson, an exciting young architect who has great experience in the retail, travel, education and residential sectors.

Jefferson Sheard Director, Tom Rhys Jones said “we are very pleased to be able to take such a positive step and to have been successful in winning such an important project as Charter Place.
