Announcing the New CoffeeAM Live Chat Feature

Oct. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- This week, CoffeeAM, a Canton based online coffee roastery, unveiled a new live chat feature on their website. This feature is geared toward improving user experience for those visiting the online store. Customers can now chat with associates who are always available to respond and attend to their needs.

The new chat feature will be available during the store’s operating hours, from 8:30AM – 5:30PM Eastern Time.

“Sometimes, customers just need quick information to help them make a purchase, and they don’t want to have to make a phone call, especially if they are international customers. We added this live chat feature to our website to make communication easier and to make our associates even more accessible to our customers” said the Vice President of CoffeeAM.

The phone lines will still operate during the normal hours, and as usual, customers can always leave voice messages, or send emails when the phone lines are closed on evenings and weekends.
