Line dancing gives participants all the joys of dancing without the need for a partner. It helps people maintain a healthy weight, good muscle tone, and youthful balance and coordination, while providing a good low impact cardio workout with no special equipment or clothing needed to get started. Professional instruction is now available online for the first time, helping people learn at their pace in the convenience of their home.

About the featured choreographer
Jeremy is a lifelong resident of Jones Mills, Pennsylvania and 100% country boy. Whether it's work or play, he's always wearing boots and a hat! He started dancing in early 2005 at the age of 17. He really enjoys line dancing as well as couples dancing. He likes the challenge of learning and dancing the intermediate dances, but sometimes wants to relax and dance the beginner dances. He teaches weekly classes and also DJs a Friday night dance and the yearly Dance All Day fundraiser. Together, he and his partner Ben Heggy, make up Mountain Boyz DJs. The rest of his time, he’s outdoors enjoying the surf, fishing at the beach, and everything the country life has to offer.
