About the Author
I've been writing since I first learned how to write...in the second grade! The books in the Ashley Enright Investigations series are the first books that I've ever had published. I've always written throughout my professional career ( e.g.annual reports, research reports, newsletters, etc.), but it wasn't until I noticed something that I'd written in my daily planner in 2005 that Ashley Enright came to life!
For some reason, on September 20th, I'd written the words "Jupiter Shadow" in my planner. I came across the notation and told a friend that I had no idea why I'd written that. We laughed and my friend said that it would be a good alias name and I responded "or a good superhero name." As soon as I said those words, everything "clicked" into place. I knew that Ashley Enright's best friend, Josh Stewart, liked to draw comics featuring superheroes. I knew where they lived and their families - I could just "see" the series. That evening I started writing and the rest, as they say, is history! Actually, the rest are the three books in the Ashley Enright Investigation series.
I'm currently writing the next book in the series as well as starting a new "cozy mystery" series for adults
