AccuPrint To Streamline Document Imaging Practices In Banks

AccuPrint is an innovative app that streamlines bank imaging processes.  Banks are now able to instantly import emails, documents, pdfs, and other files directly into AccuAccount without having to print hard copies.

AccuPrint was designed at the request of AccuSystems’ client base.  In today’s fast-paced banking industry, loan officers require a more convenient way to manage the many documents involved with making loans.  AccuPrint is a simple, yet powerful add-on to AccuAccount.  Banks that utilize AccuPrint can expect to see an increase in productivity and a reduced burden on operations.

With AccuPrint, banks can “print” into AccuAccount from any window on their computer screen.  In addition, AccuPrint offers a “drag and drop” feature that allows users to instantly import files or folders by dragging them into the AccuPrint icon.  

Community banks use AccuAccount to manage commercial loan files. In addition, deposit and trust files can be imaged and managed within AccuAccount, thus eliminating the need for additional bank tickler systems. The company also markets its AccuDoc software, which is designed for organizing departmental documents.  Contracts, HR files, insurance documents, and other files can be imaged and stored within AccuDoc.
