AccuPrint is an add-on application to AccuAcount that streamlines the imaging and document management processes. With AccuPrint, banks can “print” into AccuAccount from any window on their computer screen. In addition, AccuPrint offers a “drag and drop” feature that allows users to instantly import files or folders by dragging them into the AccuPrint icon.
Community banks use AccuAccount to manage commercial loan files. In addition, deposit and trust files can be imaged and managed within AccuAccount, thus eliminating the need for additional bank tickler systems. The company also markets its AccuDoc software, which is designed for organizing departmental documents. Contracts, HR files, insurance documents, and other files can be imaged and stored within AccuDoc.
