About the author:

Jeff is the father of two teenage children, Josh, 18, and Amanda, 16, and wrote The Little Train That Had No Bell as a bedtime story for his children when they were ages 3 and 1.  The Little Train That Had No Bell was written to teach that things in life are earned through hard work and dedication and not given to people just because they want it.  Jeff hopes this lesson has carried them into their teen years and is a lesson they will carry with them throughout life.
