A perfect gift for the draftsman or architect in your life or simply a fabulous accoutrement for a study. Made by Tiffany & Co., New York, New York. Circa 1895. Fully Hallmarked including the “T” date stamp. Nice Finish. Perfect Condition. 5 Troy Ounces. Very Good Weight. The Ruler measures 10 in. X 1 ¾ in.
