Aug. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- The new office is to open in Westbourne in September and will provide access to clients and landlords who live west of Bournemouth Town Centre.

Since opening in 1960, Southbourne based Bournecoast has grown to a team of 17.

A trained team of Bournecoast consultants will open the new Westbourne office, with directors and key staff also being based there on a rota basis.

Established for over 51 years, Bournecoast is a family operated independent property agents who manage, sell and let holiday and residential properties, providing specialist knowledge of the buy-to-let market and what makes a good investment.

It was founded by Major W G Webb and June Webb in 1960.  Keith Simmons MBE, the previous managing director and Major Webb’s son-in-law, was then joined by his son and daughters, Des Simmons, Veronica Strongman and Anita Smith, who now run the company with their dedicated team.
