Professional Remodeler Magazine Names Kyle Baptiste to 40 Under 40 List

Aug. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- The editors of Professional Remodeler and HousingZone.com recently announced their first list of 40 professionals under the age of 40.  These young innovators range from consultants who help homeowners through the renovation process to remodelers who are searching for new ways to improve sustainability.  And some are continuing their family traditions to provide exceptional quality and service.  

Kyle Baptiste, a remodeling consultant with Cipriani Remodeling Solutions in Woodbury, N.J. is one of the young leaders recognized by Professional Remodeler.  Kyle is the youngest $1 Million salesperson in the history of the company and also the youngest to be named to the list.  Kyle’s success starts with his ability to really listen to his clients as they describe their current situation.  He encourages them to envision how their new kitchen, bath or addition will change how they live in their home.  And then he translates that vision into the right plan for their lifestyle and budget.

Kyle uses technology to facilitate his communications with clients.  On his IPad, he has his “idea library” which helps clients see what different choices they have to transform their space.   Once in the planning stage, Kyle is able to demonstrate the new space using 3D technology.  This is detailed enough to show the actual finishes, like tile or countertops, in the image.  Customers are able to fully visualize what the final effect will be.  

Kyle believes in a scientific approach to remodeling – looking at the house in terms of whole house performance – and how all the components work together to be efficient, healthy and beautiful.  And as technology becomes more affordable, he thinks the “smart house” will be as common as navigation systems are in our cars.
