Allowing their guests to truly indulge over a relaxing weekend, it will offer an authentic brunch buffet between 1200 to 1600 hrs. on Sundays.

The Brunch at Masala serves up a sumptuous spread, including authentic local and international cuisines and unlimited mocktails. The buffet includes a spread of salads, pan-Asian soups, breads, appetizers, and, a variety of grilled food while guests can also see chefs in action at the live cooking stations. For those looking for authentic Kerala cuisine, the Sunday Brunch also has various dishes from across the state.

Holiday Inn Cochin has tailored its Sunday Brunch also keeping younger kids in mind with unique options at the 'Masala Kids Buffet Zone'. Children are kept entertained with games, face painting and henna tattoos along with other fun activities. Indulgence being the theme of the day, guests will also be able to truly unwind while taking a dip in the pool which overlooks the cityscape.
