DAS|RMA has been designed according to the specifications of the new rule to perform smoothly at high speeds and low latency.

In compliance with the new SEC rule 15c3-5, DAS|RMA successfully completes all required pre-trade risk checks on order acknowledgements at 8 microseconds. After a grueling certification process, DAS|RMA was certified by Penson Financial Services (PNSN) as a third party Risk Management System, ensuring top notch quality and support. DAS|RMA was built using Risk Control Terminal (RCT), a unique communication protocol, connecting any algorithmic box to DAS|RMA by simply writing to RCT. RCT delivers ultra-low latency solutions for Linux environments at an incredible validation rate of 0.23 micro-second. The DAS|RMA suite comprehensively performs pre-trade risk checks including Buying Power exposure, Reg SHO on easy to borrow and hard to borrow securities, and proper locate for short sales. DAS|RMA prevents wash sales, displays real-time order execution, and provides visual alert of violation of threshold checks all within one suite. With DAS|RMA, brokers have excellent risk management tools at their disposal. There is a Kill Switch for halting all trading in MPID or per symbol blocks. Capital controls are configurable by percent of fill ratio. Single Order Quantity is configurable based on maximum size limit on order. Single Order Value is also configurable based on values of securities trading.
