Steven Ybarra Nominated For 2011 San Diego Music Award

July 23, 2011 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO, CA  -  The 21th Annual San Diego Music Awards event is once again ready to present us with another great showdown of area talent.  This year’s competition is held at Humphrey’s, San Diego, CA.  Doors open at 7:00 pm on Monday, August 8, 2011.  (All ages; tickets are $30 - $75).  Humphrey’s 1,400 person outdoor seating venue on the San Diego Bay offers acoustical perfection, and a great ambiance to hear and see some of San Diego’s finest talent.

 
    Steven won the 2009 ‘Best Acoustic’ SDMA award, and is this year’s nomination for ‘Best Local Recording,’ a category voted on by the academy and not the public.  He just released his new CD, Best Days which is now available on iTunes, Amazon, and on various internet radio sites.
