July 19, 2011 - PRLog -- For the first time in racing history, Newbury Racecourse - one of the UK's best loved racecourses and local track to the Middletons - has partnered with Randolph's, expert providers of luxury butler service, to offer a unique ‘Pampered in the Paddock’ package for this year's Ladies Day racegoers.

This year's Ladies Day, Saturday 13th August, promises ladies no need to hold on to their hats as there will be a Randolph's butler on hand to help with just about anything, even a wardrobe malfunction.

For that flute glass which magically fills, the umbrella that appears when it rains, the door that's held open exactly when you need it, ladies need look no further. The ‘Pampered in the Paddock’ package allows those who like the finer things in life to experience the ultimate VIP treatment, enhancing the experience of a great afternoon of racing.

For £145 pp inc VAT, racegoers ordering the package can expect the following lavish treatment:

•   Premier Enclosure ticket & car park badge

•   Glass of Champagne on arrival to kick off the day in style

•   Tour of the racecourse to familiarize guests with all the Ladies Day must see areas

•   Private escort to a distinctive ‘Pampered in the Paddock’ hospitality area, equipped with a dedicated lawn enclosure overlooking the pre parade ring at the heart of the racecourse and near to the racing action

•   Choice of picnic tables and chairs or rugs for each group

•   Fast track drinks service will be on the menu throughout the day (drinks charged on consumption)

•   Scrumptious seafood platter lunch served by your butler

For those with a thirst for racing knowledge, butlers will pick up tips in the parade ring from top breeders, owners and trainers to offer exclusive betting tips to their group of guests, as well as keeping them 'in the know' with when the next race is taking place and how to find their way around a racecard. A roving Tote representative will never be far from the hospitality area to ensure racegoers avoid queuing when they fancy a flutter.

Butlers will be on hand until the evening, when they will leave racegoers in the hands of the ultimate ladies' man, Tom Jones, who will be performing live in the grounds for the second of this year's Party in the Paddock concert events. With the launch of this year’s White Room, racegoers will be invited to experience the ultimate after party, offering a cool and atmospheric place to enjoy signature cocktails created by mixologists. Kingston Rhythm will be playing the latest tracks as well as floor filling favourites.

Ladies Day at Newbury Racecourse is renowned as a sensational day’s racing with seven elite Flat races during the day, gastronomic hospitality, including delicious designer cocktails at the newly launched cocktail bar, and a fantastic fashion celebration with a luxury holiday to Florida and many other great prizes up for grabs in the popular Fashions in the Field competition.

This year also sees Newbury Racecourse partner with fashion brand, Coast, which is renowned for its colourful occasion wear fit for a day at the races. With Coast's experts in the field of fashion on hand to advise racegoers on trends and styles throughout the day as well as stylish prizes up for grabs, August 13th 2011 is set to be a real fashion frenzy.

Stephen Higgins, Joint Managing Director of Newbury Racecourse, says: "We are delighted to be launching this new package, allowing all racegoers the opportunity to be treated like royalty for the day. The ‘Pampered in the Paddock’ package compliments our 'Inside Track' as the butlers will be armed with expert racing knowledge to ensure even first-timers feel at home on the course.  This service confirms our position at the forefront of the campaign to reignite people's passion for racing, whilst at the same time giving people a relaxing experience with no queuing for drinks or betting to ensure they ensure the social side of Ladies Day as much as possible."

Says Steven J Randolph, Founder of Randolphs: “This is the first time we have partnered with a racecourse to launch a luxury package and we are thrilled to be working with Newbury to offer the ultimate in VIP treatment for their racegoers.
