Follow on Google News | F1 Race Factory’s Names New General and Operations ManagersF1 Race Factory, an indoor kart racing and event destination, has appointed JP Mullan as general manager and promoted marketing assistant, James Gibbins, to operations manager.
Mullan will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, elevating customer service and accelerating F1 Race Factory’s marketing and social media presence. “JP’s multi-disciplinary approach to providing a high quality, customer-oriented experience is a great complement to the exceptional racing and event offerings here at F1,” said Scott Sanders, president of F1 Race Factory. “His extensive knowledge, passion for excellence and superior customer service are a valuable asset to our team.” Prior to F1 Race Factory, Mullan was the general manager for CrackerJax, a 27 acre family fun park located in North Scottsdale. A fourth generation Arizonian, Mullan graduated from Arizona State University with combined marketing and mass communications degrees. As operations manager, Gibbins’ oversees daily racing operations as well as responsibility for delivering an excellent customer experience to F1’s public and corporate clientele. Gibbins is a graduate of ASU, with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree. “Having served on the team since 2010, James has a proven track record at F1,” said Sanders. “We’ F1 Race Factory has been Arizona’s indoor kart racing and event destination since 2003. As the largest indoor kart facility in America, F1 Race Factory features karts that reach up to 45 MPH on two quarter mile tracks. In addition to the tracks, F1 Race Factory’s 113,000 square-foot facility also houses expansive corporate and group meeting spaces, billiards, lounge areas, arcade, rock wall, and Trackside Grill.
