July 11, 2011 - PRLog -- London, July 7th 2011 – Twenga, the open shopping platform with the biggest choice online, reports a rise in visits for summer toys and beach accessories, revealing Brits getting ready to swap their work suits for a swimsuit.

An 89% increase in visits for baby floats suggests that Brits want to share the fun with their youngest on the beach or in the pool whilst ensuring their safety. Beach tents, that, along with appropriate sunscreen, offer protection from the sun, have registered an 82% increase.

Summer picnics are as popular as ever this year, as picnic backpacks have seen a 73% rise in searches. Finally, with a 72% increase in visits, water guns are another summer favourite.
