Stephen Gould, Assistant Vice President
Stephen E. Gould, QEP, GISP, Senior Director and Northeast Regional Energy Services Manager has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of GAI Consultants. Mr. Gould joined GAI in 1993, and specializes in management and coordination of energy and natural resource projects, including the assessment of physical environmental data for presentation and for use in permitting and construction projects. Mr. Gould manages high-profile energy projects throughout the northeastern United States (wind, electric generation and transmission, and natural gas, LNG) and is a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), Certified GIS Professional (GISP), and PennDOT Level 2 Drilling Inspector.
