June 29, 2011 - PRLog -- HeartSine® Technologies, Inc., a world leader in personal and public access defibrillators, today announced that William Samuel (Uel) McChesney is the new president of the company. McChesney succeeds Gregory Cash, who served as president and CEO for over four years.

McChesney is a 30-year veteran of financial, manufacturing and service in industries including healthcare and telecommunications in Europe, United States, Asia and Australia. His core competencies include operational experience in organic sales growth, international market penetration and product innovation programs, as well as, aggressive performance improvement and cost optimization strategies.

Most recently, McChesney served as director of Ferness Partners Ltd., a U.K. based business. Prior to that, he was CEO of Survitec Group Limited, a global leader supplying safety and survival equipment to commercial, defense and off-shore oil and gas markets.
