Clemmons 25th Anniversary July 4th Celebration

June 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Wake Forest Baptist Health, Forsyth Woman Magazine, Forsyth Family Magazine Hayworth Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory Present and Waste Management present:

Clemmons 25th Anniversary July 4th celebration on Monday, July 4th, 2011, from 11 AM until 5 PM.  The celebration will take place at the Clemmons Civic Club, located at 2870 Middlebrook Drive.

The community celebration will take place rain or shine, so get ready to enjoy an exciting afternoon of free entertainment.  Bring your lawn chairs, relax, watch local performances, and salute our veterans, servicemen, and local volunteers.  Food vendors will be on site throughout the day.

The event is free to the public, but the Clemmons Food Pantry will be accepting food and cash donations at the entrance if you would like to contribute.

The line-up of entertainment includes: Sweet Saint Carolina (Classic Folk Band); The Andrews Sister Tribute, presented by First in Flight Entertainment; Carolina Clogging Connection, The Conrad Trio (60’s & 70’s music); and Fuhnetik Union Band (classic rock). The history of Clemmons will be presented inside the Civic Center at  11:30am, 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
