Filming Commences At Bournecoast

June 15, 2011 - PRLog -- The production company Twofour started filming at the offices of Bournecoast, the agents selling the property to be featured in the new Channel 4 property programme.

The new series, “Sealed Bid,” aims to highlight the lesser used method for selling property via the process of submitting confidential bids with one bidder succeeding.

The presenter has been revealed as Simon O’Brien, formerly of “Brookside” and BBC1s “To Buy or Not To Buy” fame.

The whole process will be filmed over the next four weeks, culminating with the open day at 48 Fenton Road on Saturday 25th June.  Interested parties are invited to contact Simon Tebbutt at Bournecoast for further details of the process and the times of the open day.

The programme is scheduled to be aired on Channel 4 later in the summer.
