Susan started a sole proprietorship embroidery business in 1987 which later was incorporated as Designs On You, Inc. She enjoys speaking and writing about ideas on business management ranging from effective organizational design, to how to build a family business, to defining and setting goals that give direction for business growth.   As one of the founders of the National Network of Embroidery Professional she is involved daily with the insights and concerns of members of the Network.  Susan is committed to encouraging successful management and continual growth of embroidery businesses.
