I identified all the weaknesses:
1. Spiralling costs - I act either on the basis of an agreed fixed fee, come what may, or a smal standing order weekly, in order to make it all affordable. I do not have lavish offices or expensive secretaries and therefore my own overheads are kept very low
2. Inconvenient appointments - I see my clients at home or at the4ir place of work. My appointments are always soon and very informal
3. Lack of communication - I update my clients very regularly and I operate a 24/7 telephone legal advice line. I also aim to always return my calls very promptly
4. I do not charge for advice on the telephone and therefore you hav e access to me without worrying as to the additional cost.
In these times of continuing recession, I think it terriby important that there is transparency, fairness, and access to justice for all. I try to play my part in achieving that and hope I may one day be of service to you.
