An Inside Look At Daniel Orr Racing

May 24, 2011 - PRLog -- Daniel Orr is a multi-faceted driver that began his career racing Jr. Karts at the age of 12. Daniel won 3 regional championships by the age of 15, and at 16 in his first year of SCCA Autocross, won the SM class regional championship.  He then moved into SCCA Club Racing, competing in the GT-4 category, finishing consistently in the top ten.  Daniel Orr won his first GT-4 regional title in 1996. In 1998 Daniel entered BMWCCA Club Racing, winning 3 regional titles.  From 2002-2008, Daniel won 5 out of 7 championships, 2 in GT3 and 2 in GT1 and one in the COMMA Challenge series. In 2009 Daniel Orr entered the Koni Challenge Series continuing his success.

After his solid performance in 2009 Daniel moved in to the even more competitive GS class for the 2010 season. Signing with Momentum Race Group in the Grand-Am Continental Tire Challenge Series. In his first race with MRG, Daniel Orr brought the GS class Camaro from a 35th starting position to finish 10th. In his very next race, Daniel signed a one race deal with APR Motorsports qualifying  their GS Audi S4 in the 3rd position.

As you can see, Daniel Orr is a driver who has proven his talents in a variety of classes ranging from Karts and SCCA classes to his runs last year in the ST class of the Continental Tire Challenge.
