Oaks Christian Online School to Exhibit Newly Introduced Curriculum, Courses, and Products

May 17, 2011 - PRLog -- -Westlake Village, CA – Oaks Christian Online School (OCO) announced today that it will be exhibiting at the 28th annual Christian Home Educator’s Association (CHEA) convention held at the Pasadena Convention Center on July 14th, 15th and 16th.  There has been much pre-show feedback/press on Oaks Christian Online School’s newly launched curriculum and courses, particularly in the home school market.  Oaks Christian Online Courses have become a growing solution for college bound, home school students seeking expanded coursework, activities, and diversity.   This year’s convention will feature dozens of live speakers, 60 workshops, 200 exhibitors, family entertainment and more.

A newly admitted Oaks Christian Online student who has been accepted as a sophomore for the full-time program in the fall has experienced both home schooling and online course work, but has a desire to stand out on his college applications.  His love of learning is reflected in his recent acceptance to the Summer Institute for Gifted Youth at Amherst College and as well as his acceptance to OCO.  

“Our previous online program did not offer Christian education and spiritual instruction, and its curriculum was not focused on college preparation -- all of which are extremely important to our family and to our son.  So, OCO very well may be a huge answer to prayer,“  said mom.
