West Palm Beach, FL – Attorney Dean Xenick of Burman, Critton, Luttier & Coleman moderated the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s May 12th “Lawyer Do’s and Don'ts” Judicial Luncheon at the Main Courthouse in West Palm Beach.

The luncheon panel featured Judges Elizabeth Maass, Glenn Kelley, Jack Cox and Thomas Barkdull III. The panel addressed courtroom demeanor, motion practice, depositions and discovery, trial, miscellaneous do's and don'ts, pros and cons of new jury instructions and qualifications instruction.

Mr. Xenick has more than a decade of experience in personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, construction defects, professional negligence matters, and commercial litigation. He is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers and North County Section. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, receiving his J.D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.
