The legal name of the family owned car dealership that has been serving the community for nearly 90 years is now Scarff Ford Auburn.
The change is to reflect the location and community in the surrounding area and alleviate any name confusion with other dealerships.
One team member said, "Sometimes I get people that will call personally and say they came to visit last week and it turns out they went to the wrong dealership."
The Scarff name is already associated with excellence in the automotive industry and this dealership wants the people of the Auburn community to know they are proud to be associated with this city and therefore, they have legally added the name Scarff Ford Auburn.
