Practical Weather Control – Dissipation of Dangerous Hurricanes Now Possible

April 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Have you noticed the slow but steady improvement in weather forecasting over the past several decades? This has occurred because of increasing improvements in computing power and data analysis. With the advent of quantum computing near perfect weather forecasting becomes feasible. This leads to the immediate possibility for implementation of weather control technologies especially for the case of hurricane dissipation able to save billions of dollars annually in damages.
   For standard computing a bit has two states, zero or one; but for quantum bits (qubit) the states entangle. This quantum entanglement allows what is called superposition of quantum states into a qubit such that only a few hundred qubits scale to a number of states equivalent to the number of atoms in the universe (10 to the 80th power states). If a sufficient number of data gathering satellites are placed in orbit a quantum computer has the ability to analyze the immense quantity of data to precisely predict the weather.  This will show where hurricane vortices are about to appear.
A Cluster of small thunderstorms can merge and turn into a hurricane if water temperature rises to ~ 80 degree Fahrenheit. The Gulf Stream provides a warm water path for hurricanes to follow (Hurricane Alley).
For hurricane control an array of electromagnetic or infrared satellite lasers will blast the developing vortex into a 200 mile long wave front turning the hurricane into a tropical storm instead that will do no damage. Alternatively the satellite array can also be used to change the path of a hurricane by creating an alternate warm water path for the hurricane to go elsewhere or lead it to a cold water region where it would fizzle.
