David Silipigno is a renowned and highly respected personality of Saratoga Springs. He is a well-established businessman of the region. His career started with the call center company called National Finance Corp. (NFC). He was just 19 years old at that time. He initialized this business venture in a college dorm room. With his sharp and acute business sense, he managed to convert it into a national company that did business with many states.
