Expecting Moms in the Metro West Headed to Boot Camp

On Wednesday, April 13, 2011 from 7 – 8:30 pm, Expectant Mom’s Boot Camp: Everything You Need To Know To Stay Sane & Healthy will cover everything from what equipment you need to stocking your freezer.

Presented by Susan Schochet, Sheri Gurock and Carole Arsenault, the event is open to all new and expecting moms in the Boston area. Attendees will enjoy learning about what to look for in a stroller, car seat and carrier, staying healthy in your third trimester, hospital preparation, coming home and how to stock your freezer.

“Beyond support groups, there aren’t many educational resources in the Boston area for new moms,” said Susan Schochet, owner of Healthy Habits Kitchen. “In one night, we aim to provide a crash course in everything that mamas-to-be need to know.”

Expectant Mom’s Boot Camp: Everything You Need To Know To Stay Sane & Healthy will take place on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 from 7 – 8:30 pm at Healthy Habits Kitchen, which is located at 36 Washington Street, Suite 2 in Wellesley.
