Mike Price, former managing director of Shingo Prize and multi award-winning Ultraframe will be facilitating this one-day event to explore the established principles of achieving ‘enterprise-wide excellence’.

The day consists of a series of short presentations covering supply chain, customer relations, operations and culture & leadership.
