Hootan Melamed to rename Skyy Holdings to Skyyler Holdings

Feb. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Skyy Holdings, Ltd., announced today a change of business name from Skyy Holdings, Ltd., to Skyyler Holdings, Ltd.  In addition, the company’s website URL will also change to http://www.skyylerholdings.com to reflect the new name.

Skyyler Holdings, Ltd. (SKYY) was founded in 2010 by CEO Dr. Hootan Melamed as a business development and consulting business with a focus on the Independent Retail Pharmacy industry.  Two consulting branches, Skyy Associates and Skyy Partners, will also undergo name changes to Skyyler Associates and Skyyler Partners respectively.  Both will continue to operate under the general umbrella of Skyyler Holdings.

Skyyler Associates serves the independent pharmacy market to provide resources to alleviate the many business challenges faced by independent pharmacies.  Melamed noted, “By providing business resources we are able to help independent pharmacists overcome the lack of business resources that would not otherwise be available to them, and that is what often puts them at a disadvantage compared to the larger chain pharmacies.”
