Technology Driven Products, Inc. announced today that the company’s shareholders and board of directors approved a name change to Vergent Products, Inc.

Vergent Products, Inc. is a leader in providing high-discipline product design, manufacturing and product service capabilities. Vergent Products offers a comprehensive and fully integrated roster of product development and delivery services. Vergent Products’ quality system is certified ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 in design and manufacturing of medical devices. Future plans include the certification of AS9100 for aerospace. In addition, Vergent Products deploys a proprietary and proven methodology, supporting every aspect of product delivery to their client’s marketplace.
