Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Names Eric Correia Technical Director of Fannie Mae Services

Feb. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO , Calif. –Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.  has named Eric Correia as Technical Director of Fannie Mae Services, announced company President Joseph Derhake, PE.
         Correia, who joined the firm’s San Diego office in August 2010 as a project manager, will serve as the primary resource for Partner’s lender clients, technical staff and project managers throughout the United States.  His primary responsibility is to guarantee that the scope of the due diligence required by the Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on multifamily loans are met.
          “We certainly saw a pickup on multifamily financings at the end of 2010, especially those that will be securitized through Fannie or Freddie,” says Correia.  “Our clients appreciate that we have a team that understands the work they are doing.  While the accuracy of reporting is paramount, it is also important to provide reports that will ultimately satisfy the Agency, lender, and borrower.”

         With a decade of experience in commercial due diligence consulting, Correia has performed Property Condition Assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Construction Progress Monitoring on a wide variety of projects throughout the United States. Correia is certified by OSHA, EPA and HUD. He has completed projects under multiple programs and guidelines including; ASTM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD-MAP, HUD Mark to Market and client specific guidelines.
