Jan. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- April Marsland, recruiting director for Ibis Financial Group since 2008, received the “2010 Diamond Recruiter of the Year” Award from Securian Financial Network. This award honors recruiters who meet high annual performance standards for recruiting financial advisors. She also received the Bronze Recruiting Specialist Award in 2009 and 2010 from GAMA International, a trade association for financial firms.
   
Marsland served on the North Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Personal & Professional Development subcommittee, and sits on Securian’s Recruiter Advisory Board. She is a graduate from Manhattan College with a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics and was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon honor society for Economics, Financial Management Association, National Honor Society, and secretary of the Information Technology Club.  April is currently pursuing her MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
