NeuBuilt Homes welcomes the USS Ronald Reagan with Special Military deals on housing in Silverdale

Silverdale WA—(January 23, 2010) – NeuBuilt Homes, builder of the new housing community “Silverleaf” in Silverdale, WA has announced that they are planning a welcome for the 158 officers and 2,895 enlisted personnel from the USS Ronald Reagan.

“With over 3,000 new military personnel being permanently based in our immediate area, they are going to need housing,” said Rick Neumann Owner of NeuBuilt Homes and Builder of the Silverleaf Community Project.  The annual payroll of this one ship is $225.8 million per year according to the Kitsap Sun.  “This will benefit the entire area and we want to make sure they have affordable quality housing available to them should they decide to convert their home port to their home,” Neumann added.
