REQUIREMENTS

If you are not a current client/patient:
We accept a copy or fax of your pet's immunization records from your current veterinarian. In addition, an in-house *Physical Examination by a Munster Animal Hospital doctor is required, prior to boarding, to ensure the wellbeing of your pet as well as our boarders on premise.

PLEASE NOTE:
If your pet needs a pre-boarding physical or vaccines the day of drop off, you cannot drop off before 9am; our doctors do not see patients until this time..If necessary, we can provide your pet with vaccines if needed.
