Terrie O'Connor Realtors Welcomes Rodger Parker as VP and Director of Company's Commercial Division

Jan. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Terrie O’Connor is pleased to announce that Rodger Parker recently joined Terrie O’Connor Realtors as Vice President and Director of the company’s Commercial Real Estate Division.  
     Rodger has been a senior executive at four major Wall Street financial firms for over 35 years.  During Rodger’s career, he was responsible for the real estate management and corporate administrative functions. He managed the worldwide real estate operations for retail branch offices and corporate facilities including the acquisition, disposition, and day-to-day management operations.  Additionally, Rodger managed the general services administrative functions consisting of 20 various functions, e.g., procurement, mail operations, food services, transportation, data center operations, distribution/warehousing, travel, etc.  Some of his larger domestic completed real estate transactions/projects are: Lincoln Harbor, Weehawken, NJ (1 million SF.); One New York Plaza, New York City, NY (1.4 million SF renovations); 1285 and 1290 Avenue of the Americas (renovations in excess of 1 million SF); Citicorp Center, New York City, NY (2 million sq. ft).
     In Rodger’s opinion, no real estate transaction is too small or too large.
