Merger of Technology Staffing Firms Services Upswing in Job Market

With Instant Technology’s proven success in placing contract IT candidates and LionSearch’s 10 years of permanent placement experience, this partnership enables Instant Technology to service all technology staffing needs.

To manage the division, Instant Technology appointed former LionSearch principal Frazer Donaldson.  With 16 years of technology recruiting experience in the Chicagoland area and nine years of running his own technology search firm, Mr. Donaldson brings a successful track record of filling full-time roles ranging from CIO/CTO to Director, Project Manager, Architect, and Developer for many well-known companies in the area, as well as many start-ups and mid-sized companies.
