Wormleysburg, PA - West Shore Gallery and Sunbury Press, the sponsors of the 2010 Susquehanna International Art Competition, have announced the winners in each category. There were 438 entries by 171 different artists from around the USA and seven foreign countries. The theme of this year's competition is "River Art". There was no fee to enter.

Grand Prizes
The top entry of the competition will receive a $250 cash prize and be used as the cover image for the book "River Art" to be published in January, 2011. (This will be announced by Sunbury Press)

The top entry in each category will win $50 and be featured as the lead image in each chapter of the book "River Art" to be published in January, 2011:

The top ten entries in each category will be included in the book "River Art" to be published in January, 2011. All winners will be able to order this book at the wholesale price in any quantity desired.

All selected entries will have an opportunity to exhibit their work at West Shore Gallery in Wormleysburg, PA. West Shore Gallery is directly across the Susquehanna River from Harrisburg's capital dome and City Island. West Shore Gallery hosts monthly exhibitions of well-known and emerging artists from around the country.
More information about the exhibition will become available as the contest progresses.
Winners will be notified via email on or about December 31.
