Two Lee & Associates Principals Become Shareholders

Dec. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has named Jeff Gahagan and John Son, both principals of Lee & Associates’ Anaheim office, newly appointed company shareholders.

“Jeff and John have worked long and hard to achieve these distinctions, especially with the economy where it has been,” said Bob Sattler, president of Lee’s Anaheim office. “They represent all that we look for in principals: hard working, highly ethical team players; they continue to find opportunities regardless of the market situation.”

As one of the top producers since joining the firm in 2004, Gahagan specializes in industrial leasing, sales and investments. He has successfully worked with select clients such as DeWALT, RREEF, Ferrari and Maserati of Orange County, Lamborghini of Newport Beach and Yosemite Waters. Gahagan is a CCIM candidate, member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), member of the American Marketing Association of Orange County, and holds his NASD Series 7 license. Gahagan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Colorado State University in 2001.

John Son has worked with a variety of real estate for the last 20 years. Son joined Lee in 2008 and specializes in owner/user industrial and office transactions as well as land sales and development. Son is involved with many in-fill development projects and has expertise with the entitlement process and feasibility studies for different types of developments. He has an outstanding track record of successfully taking transactions to closing and a reputation for integrity, diligence, and professionalism. In addition, Son has maintained an excellent business relationship with banks, developers, cities, and investors. He earned his bachelor’s degree from In Ha University in the Republic of Korea in 1984.
