Shulman DuBois LLC Attorneys Recognized as Rising Stars in Oregon by Super Lawyers

Dec. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Portland, Oregon, December 6, 2010 –  This accomplishment is an honor that is bestowed upon less than 2 percent of eligible attorneys in Oregon.

Shulman DuBois LLC is pleased that 100% of the lawyers at its firm have been recognized as “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers, an honor that only four Oregon attorneys received within the “Personal Injury - Plaintiff” category. Both Mr. Shulman and Mr. DuBois were privileged to be named “Rising Stars” in Oregon for 2009 as well, in which there were only five attorneys selected in Oregon within this same category.

In its “Rising Stars” feature, the Super Lawyers magazine acknowledges the finest up-and-coming attorneys in several states throughout the nation, including Oregon. The attorneys that are highlighted must have been practicing law for 10 years or less, or be aged 40 or younger.

Super Lawyers is a prestigious publication that is read by over 13 million and is published in all 50 states in the U.S. The magazine provides a rating service on attorneys from more than 70 practices areas that are very accomplished and outstanding. The selection process for choosing lawyers is multi-phased and its scope includes attorneys who have a significant degree of recognition among their peers as well as substantial achievements in their professional career. Super Lawyers recognizes attorneys based upon independent research, peer evaluations, and peer nominations.

Mr. Shulman and Mr. DuBois began their practice after volunteering together for a committee for the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. Their personal injury law office in Oregon handles cases involving bicycle, car, pedestrian, and truck accidents. They also represent victims who have been injured in a drunk driving accident, as well as those injured by animal attacks, dog bites, defective products, intentional assaults, and sexual assault. Mr. Shulman is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association Presidents Circle, the American Association for Justice, as well as the Southern Poverty Law Center Leadership Council.
