Service Tracking Systems CVPS Valet Parking System is making way in Austin Texas

The CVPS valet system technology by Service Tracking Systems automates valet staff management at the soon to open downtown Austin premier hotel.

 
PRLog - Nov. 29, 2010 - As some would describe downtown Austin as casual, eclectic, sophisticated, techie, chic and intellectual, all these adjectives happen to also describe Service Tracking Systems.  The two will come together, hand-in-hand, on 2nd Street in downtown Austin. The soon to open W Austin will be featuring the prevailing CVPS valet system by Service Tracking Systems.

When completed, the 37 story building will include 251 hotel rooms, 159 condos, 53,000 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space, plus a new theater. While the hotel is slated to open next month, the first condominiums are scheduled to open in January, followed by the new studio for the "Austin City Limits" music show.

The CVPS system will assist the valet parking operators Towne Park in providing superior valet services. Managing a valet parking operation with CVPS software allows management to quickly track and report valet staff performance, parking volume, wait times, post variable charges, and even alert for possible lost keys.

To allow for overnight parking rates to automatically post on the guests’ room charges, the CVPS system interfaces with numerous hotel management systems. At the W Austin, the CVPS system interfaces with Starwood’s Galaxy system.
