(PWRM.OB) recently reported that it delivered four poster presentations at the 2010 International Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease (ICAD) in Honolulu, Hawaii. These presentations discussed NuroPro, Power3’s diagnostic test, and focused on Power3’s Alzheimer’s disease blood serum biomarkers, test and clinical validation trials.

In addition, PWRM has filed several patent applications for its NuroPro technology that are currently pending.

To date, PWRM has given 9 presentations on NuroPro at international scientific meetings in the United States, Europe and China, and has published 6 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals on the subject. Power3 intends to publish these latest findings as well.

The Law Offices of Vincent Wong is investigating the Board of Directors of Actel Corporation  for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with their attempt to sell Actel to Microsemi Corporation. Under the terms of the deal, Actel shareholders will receive $20.88 in cash for each share of Actel common stock for a total transaction value of approximately $430 million, net of Actel’s projected cash balance at closing.
