Miracle ‘Star’ Witnessed Above Dozens of Cities, Now Documented In Seattle

Nov. 6, 2010 - PRLog -- SEATTLE – Local volunteers from the non-profit organization Share International have photographed an object in the sky that appears to be a star, but the images reveal unusual qualities in shape and color. These images will be displayed as part of a 2-hour presentation at the Douglass-Truth Branch of the Seattle Public Library.

The talk will present a story publicized by Share International magazine since 1982 about the imminent emergence into full public life of Maitreya, the World Teacher and head of his group, the Masters of Wisdom.  This event fulfills the expectations for the return of a great teacher posited by many of the world’s religions and indigenous traditions. However, Maitreya’s purpose is not to establish a new religion or to enroll followers, but to inspire all of humanity to rebuild the world’s political and economic systems on the foundation of sharing. According to Share International’s Editor-in-Chief Benjamin Creme, over 200 world leaders have already met Maitreya.

Beginning in December of 2008, Share International forecast the appearance of a miracle ‘star’ that would be visible in the daytime skies as well as night, heralding Maitreya’s first public appearance on a major American television network. In December 2009, Maitreya made the first of over two dozen appearances on television and online—albeit as a seemingly ordinary man. At the same time, dozens of images of the miracle ‘star’—sighted over Asia, Europe and North and South America -- have been published.

In addition to presenting photographs, volunteers will share the full story of Maitreya’s emergence into the everyday world, and the bright future available to humanity through the spiritual principal of sharing.
