And that is the mindset! Let me tell you that if you do not have the right mindset with the right positive and focus thoughts for you achieving your goal your results will suffer and of course nobody wants this. So specific exercises for the love handles are mainly about consistency and not given up even when you have the off days where you fill the last thing you want to do is exercise. Are You Going To Make It? But you see it all comes down to the test, and the test is you. Are you going to make it? Now this is why I mention that one of the most key elements of getting in great shape is to make sure that you have your mindset right. When you have all three of the key elements above your then begin to transform your body and mind to its best shape of your life. Okay so to finish off with let’s get specific in which exercises would I say it’s the best for the love handles all the midsection. But Which Exercises Will Work? Now there are literally loads of exercises to choose from but if somebody was to come to me right now and ask for some of the Best ones, I would most likely go for high-intensity cardio and conditioning exercises like shadows sparring, star jumps a.k.a. jumping jacks, and Hand Tap jogs. All of these would whip you into shape in no time. I would then focus on the key areas where you want to lose the weight so let’s say the love handles and the core. To achieve a firm and toned core you must help melt down the fat by eating the right foods that the body needs (look at previous posts) you will then need to keep your muscles in the burn through exercises for your midsection working at least 75% for each workout. No More Treadmill Needed! This way you will achieve higher results with the time you use, so please i’m begging you… no more running on the treadmill for an hour as this will just be boring, and nobody likes boring workouts.
