Arlene Margulis Joins NWP Services Corporation as Managing Director of Client Services

Nov. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- NWP Services Corporation (NWP), a leading provider of financial transaction processing solutions for the multifamily housing industry, today announced that Arlene Margulis has joined the company as Managing Director of Client Services, reporting to Tim Carlson, Chief Sales Officer.

In her new role Ms. Margulis will oversee the company’s client services team nationwide, and will be responsible for building and maintaining exceptional relationships with all clients. In addition, Ms. Margulis will facilitate adoption of NWP’s suite of services including UtilitySmart, Resident OneBill and Resident ePay to the company’s growing client base.

Ms. Margulis is an accomplished senior executive bringing over 30 years of experience in the utility management and property management industries. She joins NWP after a decade of service with ista North America, serving most recently as Vice President of Client Services. Ms. Margulis was responsible for the western region operations, including all client relations activities. Prior to joining ista North America, Ms. Margulis co-founded American Energy Services, a submetering services company; she also served as Assistant Vice President of Property Management with Historic Landmarks for Living, supervising all aspects of property management for numerous multifamily communities nationwide.
