By: Bradley Vincent Paul Biane, Supervisor was responsible behind creation of the Inland Empire Economic Recovery Corporation and serves as its President. This corporation aims to minimize the fiscal impact of the crisis on the tax paying public. Paul Biane worked hard to make the residents place a better one. In order to provide fire protection, he put effective efforts which lead to build and rebuild of various fire stations in the district such as Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, and Fontana. He collected funds to purchase surveillance camera and GPS devices so that the illegal dumpers get easily identified. Paul Biane, Supervisor secured funding to build new community libraries in Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga and Crestline. He kept the membership costs low so that maximum number of teens can derive benefits from this program. To promote energy conservation and to expand the use of solar power, he worked on a historic Green Building Initiative. He also created skate parks, local parks and little league parks in the district.
