Oct. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 Lexington Park, MD -  Ask yourself the following questions: "If you had to evacuate your home immediately, could you get your loved ones out safely and grab all of your legal and other important documents?" "If something happened to you where you were incapacitated or worse, could a family member or trusted friend quickly and easily locate the important papers needed to help you?”

Most people could not answer yes to either question, but Jeanette McCauley, owner of Sensitive Solution, LLC is determined to provide more families with the tools and knowledge they need to handle such situations with less stress and minimum disruption. Jeanette explains, "The answer is to be disciplined enough to have your files all in one place as well as being portable".

As a service to the community, Ms. McCauley will host a free seminar next Wednesday evening, October 27th, on how to prepare a Grab n' Go system that will contain all the vital records you need to weather a catastrophe with minimum disruption of your life. The seminar will begin at 6:30pm at the St. Mary's County Public Library located at 21677 F D R Blvd, Lexington Park, MD.

Dan Slade, local attorney, will be on hand to share his expertise on the subject of wills, living wills and power of attorney's that should be a part of your vital records.  Mary Slade, owner of several local H&R Block offices and Bookkeeping by Blanche, will be on hand to discuss tax and financial planning vital records that one should maintain, as well how long one should hold onto those types of records. There will be a short period of question and answers from the audience following the presentations.
