Saratoga History Revealed in New Book

Local author uses vintage photographs to capture past of Saratoga

Oct. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Because of its strategic location, throughout the years Saratoga has been the site of numerous warring parties and battles, transportation links, industrial development, agricultural pursuits, recreational activities and residential growth.

In a new book from Arcadia Publishing, local author Thomas N. Wood takes readers on a nostalgic ride down memory lane through Saratoga’s past.

Wood hopes the book will “document some of the history of the town and provides another source for future generations to examine.”
