Moneysolvers Corporate Restructure And Takeover Of Two Firms

Oct. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- The trading activities currently carried out by Money Solvers Ltd will be transferred to a newly formed company MoneySolvers Group Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary.
In order to better reflect the wide range of services offered by MoneySolvers; its name will be changed to MoneySolvers Group Ltd

MoneySolvers Group Ltd last week acquired Yorkshire based sole traders UK Credit Claims an online claims marketing web based company, Robertson&Kirk Ltd an insurance comparison site and UK Lead Exchange a small marketing partnership for an undisclosed fee, as the business prepares to launch its Consumer Advice Helpline.

MoneySolvers which provides Financial Solutions has said it will work with the two companies to help further expand its brand and marketing capabilities.

The move coincides with UK Credit Claims decision to re-locate the bulk of its offices to Keighley West Yorkshire.

MoneySolvers Group Operations Director Richard Wilson said: "Acquiring these companies is fantastic news for the newly formed MoneySolvers Group. We have been looking at them both for some time and have been impressed with what they have to offer."

A spokesperson for UK Credit Claims said: "Being part of the MoneySolvers Group gives me further confidence and support to develop the UK Credit Claims service providing to the MoneySolvers Group client base."
A spokesperson for Lead Exchange said: "This is a great opportunity to further establish ourselves as a logistics and telemarketing company, and we are delighted to be working with MoneySolvers Group."

Richard Wilson claimed more than 4,000 consumer customers have so far signed up to Financial Solutions with our panel of finance companies. "We have seen a phenomenal interest in the launch of our financial solutions helpline, and although we have coped with demand well, we would otherwise struggle with the numbers we expect to achieve without the corporate restructure.
