Sept. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agent Karen Cross Webster, ePro, Realtor, Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Award, CAR, NAR, started her real estate career in early 2005 and has experience selling real estate throughout the desert region. Having worked in sales and customer service for more than 20 years, Webster has the necessary skill set to truly connect with all of her clients.

After selling their home in the Midwest, Webster and her husband traveled Europe, South America, parts of North America & Hawaii before choosing to buy their home in the desert. Whether she is 5 or 500 miles away, Webster is a determined real estate agent who will help her clients through every step of the process. In fact, Webster once closed an escrow for a couple and their family while she was traveling in Costa Rica.

Webster is thrilled about the current life adventure phase she and her husband enjoy, which includes the recent purchase of their own desert home.

“My husband and I could not find a better place to live than the Coachella Valley,” said Webster. “On the real estate front, home prices are affordable again and interest rates remain historically low. We are experiencing such a busy cycle in the real estate market whether buying, selling or leasing.”
